This week, we decided to chat with Mia Neuse, L.Ac., a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist who operates in the Montavillla area near the foundation of Mt. Tabor. Neuse is a graduate of a long time member of the East Portland Chamber of Commerce as well as the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.

Flooding facts, pictures and waterline markers will likely be put along the path for screening. This route won"t be timed and remains open for three hours. All participants must finish the course by 12:00 pm.
Heavy bent over rows are the third exercise that should be prevented to prevent low back pain. The bent over body posture alone is one of the very dangerous positions to your spinal health. However, when you heavy weights you are placing a boatload of pressure on the spine and spinal disks. This exercise also is accountable for causing harms like disk herniations.
Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides, slowly lean backwards from your waistline as though you are trying to see the ceiling behind you. Hold for a count of 10. Return to the starting location, relax a few seconds and then do four more repeats. Gradually increase repetitions until you are able to do 10 or 12.
