Children are very different even if you tell yourself that you don"t have to see a dentist every six months. So again. what are you really supposed to do to catch a little rest?
I have done all these things. I now sleep better at night with out my neck and shoulder pain. Occasionally I try to switch off to a purse that is enormous but I"m instantly reminded with the stiffness in my neck and the headaches that follow.
