Neck Pain After Extended Computer Use

I worked many years as a workout physiologist and director of a few cardiac rehabilitation programs before getting my Chiropractic degree. One thing I learned fairly quickly during that time is that what I thought was common sense about health as well as heart health in particular, really wasn"t so unusual.

Referrals - As the saying goes, if it isn"t recorded, it didn"t occur. Certainly you may have referred your patient for massage therapy, but where"s it in the SOAP note?
